The tables were set up with beautiful linens, elegant plate settings, and lovely centerpieces with flower arrangements of roses and other greenery.

For cocktail hour we served one of our hottest and most requested appetizers. These chicken and mango salsa stuffed phyllo cups are always a big hit!

For dinner, we served a smorgasbord of tasty foods. We started off the buffet with this gorgeous spring salad of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and more.

We also had this great macaroni and cheese bar with all the fixings including diced ham, bacon, chives, and different types of cheeses.

Also on the buffet was a colorful medley of roasted vegetables, a NY strip carving station, and stuffed chicken breasts in a creamy pesto sauce.

For dessert, all the guests got to enjoy a piece of this beautiful wedding cake. It was almost too pretty eat!
